The room was good and the kitchen staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, the service at the reception was very poor. The reception staff seemed inexperienced and were unable to provide the level of service expected. This negatively affected the overall experience. I hope the hotel improves the training and professionalism of the reception team.

This is an all-inclusive hotel, so towels for the swimming pool should be available for guests, especially for children. It is very disappointing that guests are required to pay a deposit of 100 AED just to borrow a towel. This is not what I would expect from an all-inclusive hotel and it negatively affected our experience. I hope the hotel improves the training and professionalism of the reception team.

The Aqua Park was very nice.

The standard rooms entry is seriously bad. The back asphalt street gives a cheap hotel entry vibes. We encountered a few issues upon arrival to the hotel but the staff made it up for us.

El personal del hotel sin lugar a duda un encanto todo desde el equipo de cocina y camareros hasta el equipo de animación y recepción. Es lo que más nos gusta del hotel también su comida árabe que está súper rica. Hemos echado en falta este año sandía no sé por qué motivo no han puesto en toda la semana, así como las cremas de almendra con miel. También se echa en falta zona de tartas sin azúcar y postres no se deberían utilizar miel y no todo con azúcar.

Los toboganes e instalaciones ya deberían darle un repaso, pero está súper bien, también las zonas de repostería deberían poner zona para personas que no pueden tomar azúcar.

Caters for everyone and is family friendly. Very clean and staff are so friendly and helpful. Ghita from housekeeping was brilliant and every member of staff we came into contact with were amazing from reception to the animation team as well as all waiters and bar staff.

Excelente para férias em família. O espaço tem todas as comodidades necessárias e é muito seguro. A equipa é muito simpática e disponível, desde a receção, aos restaurantes/bar, animação e limpeza/quartos. Foi sem dúvida uma experiência muito boa!

A equipa deveria dominar melhor a língua inglesa.
