The host canceled on the booking on the day we have arrived on new years eve, indicating that the bookings should've have removed this place. Their has been no communication prior my arrival. We were left stranded on new years eve as the host Damion could not assist at all with alternative accommodation. All in all , a horrible experience, no communication, unprofessional. Definitely not recommend.
ZAThe view is beautiful. Neat and clean flat. The elevator/ lift is quick.
The bathroom light unfortunately did not work but it was addressed with the staff. The couch in the lounge is not comfortable and can do with an upgrade. Not easily accessible for people who have lots of luggage, are injured or not very mobile..but here are staff on the premises that are helpful with carrying bags up and down stairs

ZANot much to be honest as from my arrival I didn't feel comfortable. Not what I expected.
Getting the key out of the small security box was hard to do. Place was not 100% clean as cupboards were full of rubbish. The main thing was the next morning waking up to a cold-water shower as there was no hot water. Due to loadshedding (not their fault) had to walk down 9 flights of stairs to get out.
