BGProperty and I had good communication prior to our arrival. Once we arrived, I needed to contact them again to resolve an issue. I tried to call them twice but no one answered the phone. I wrote them in the booking chat but again I received no reply. I was very surprised that I couldn't get in touch with the property.

La place de parking est petite nous n avons pas pu y garer notre voiture et en nous garant dans la rue nous avons prit une contravention ! Les clés à notre arrivée n était pas dans la boîte après 30 min d attente et d appels au propriétaire une personne à apporter les clés.
