The staff went above and beyond, providing outstanding customer service with genuine warmth and attentiveness, ensuring every need was met promptly. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the well-maintained rooms to the spotless common areas, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The air conditioning was not on even though the weather was 30 degrees.
NLWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Eldor was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the experience even more special: the rooms were beautifully decorated and included a sticker indicating the direction of the Qibla, as well as a Quran and a prayer mat. These small details made us feel truly at home and showed great attention to guests’ needs. Highly recommended!
It is new hotel, need improvement and staff has no experience, first day They charged me tourist fee, they didn’t gave me any receipt, when I checked out I have to pay again and I didn’t have any receipt to provide I paid. Briskly I paid twice tourist fee.
The staff worker at front desk they don’t have experience, When I checked in I pay full for tourist tax they didn’t gave receipt, when I check out they told me I didn’t pay and I didn’t have proof end up I have to pay one more time, it was not big money but it was just principal. Next time I go I should ask for receipts.
