I’m Fardus from Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦, Actually I’m reservation in the hotel (Because of the high rating) , really Professional reception service and management manger it’s helpful ,and Professional translation service thanks for Mariam🇯🇴 and management staff and reception staff and Maintenance staff and cleaners staff 💚, Thanks for( Nana, and Ana , Kati💝) They made my day with their beautiful surprise my birthday 🎂 , and Thanks for Laundry staff .

The hotel is ok, the stuff are kind but not helpful. Marima, is so kind and helpful and she tried to make us satisfied all the time during our staying.

There was no room service available, which was quite disappointing. Moreover, the overall service quality was poor and did not meet our expectations. One major issue was with the laundry service. We submitted our clothes with the expectation that they would be ready by the next morning, as promised. Unfortunately, the laundry was not completed until after 4 PM, which caused a significant inconvenience to our plans. We were understandably upset by this delay, and we believe we should not have been charged for the service. However, when we raised the issue, our request to waive the charge was refused, which added to our frustration. We hope you take this feedback seriously and address these service shortcomings to improve the experience for future guests.
