"Booking.com drop the ball"

I never got a confirmation email for this booking so I never got any numbers to tell booking.com I never got a confirmation email so I was just kind of screwed out of 112 it looked like a nice place but I never got to use it and never got to stay there and never got in touch with anybody that could help so thanks for nothingbooking.com I want my $112 back

No communication at all I never received a confirmation email so I couldn't argue the fact that I didn't receive a confirmation email I tried to look the place back up on booking.com of course it wasn't there because i had it booked! I sent several emails to know Prevail every time they wanted my confirmation email information you can see where all this is I've dealt with booking.com for several years now and have taken several trips through them this one however cost me more than 112 bucks because I had to find another room to stay in at the drop of a hat so yeah they absolutely screwed up my trip this time

Out in the woods but only a few minutes to town! Perfect location! Owners were awesome! Very accommodating showing true southern hospitality!

Our stay at Fern Gully Cabin was perfect. We really love the location and the cabin was very cute. We absolutely would recommend this place for someone looking for peace privacy and comfort Tku so much for having us We will be back. Pls take good care till then🍀

Nothing could have been better. We had no complaints
