RUЭто гостевой дом, в котором не предусмотрено проживание хозяев. Пять комнат на первом этаже. Открытая кухня. Во дворике стол и стулья. Дом в узком переулке, куда только худой байк проедет. В соседних домах собаки, которые днем сидят без поводка и угрожают прохожим. В 50 метрах набережная и рыбацкое хозяйство. Ближе к закату к набережной приезжают толпы туристов, чтобы сделать красивые фотографии. Домик закрывается на навесной кодовый замок. При выезде его просто закрываете и уматываете. Ночью тоже на замок, самостоятельно закрываетесь. Если не хотите его поцеловать, указывайте, в какое время приезжаете. Хозяйка тогда вас встретит, чтобы забрать деньги.
Комната, которая помещает только кровать. Окон нет нигде. Везде слои пыли. Кажется, что всё новое, но это не так. Многое поломано уже давно. Атакуют муравьи. Выстраивают дороги к продуктам и фруктам через всю комнату. Вечером на ужин на свежем воздухе приходит семья из наглых крыс. Ведут себя так, словно мы у них в гостях. В целом всё понравилось. Утром отключилось электричество во всём районе на 6 часов. Хорошо, если вы будете проживать одни, без буйных соседей. Ведь никто не будет из успокаивать.

GBI had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, making it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful. The alley leading in is a bit narrow, but it's not an issue at all.
VNGBHotel itself was lovely and the room was very modern and the shower was great
The location is not great, it’s down a small alleyway that’s very difficult to find, the hotel doesn’t exist on google or Apple Maps and the address listed on booking.com is incorrect, it took 3 locals to help direct us to where the homestay is. The lady that runs the homestay was no where to be found, she helped us check in but we didn’t see her after that so she was not around to help with check out, in the end we locked the gate ourselves and had to throw the keys back inside.
