Kingfisher En-suite Room

Big room, plenty of clothes storage. Useful to have access to kitchen. Enough toiletries in room for duration stay. The temperature of the proeprty was also good, warm enough with the heating without being too hot. We were able to park on the street although it's a busy residential street so sometimes involved a walk to accommodation, this is to be expected in any residential area of Plymouth. We were able to move the car closer during the morning we left in order to pack our car.

While the mattress is comfortable it does slope in the middle when you lie on it. Would be useful to provide hangers in wardrobe especially as nowhere in room to hang coats. I'm not sure where we would have put them had it been wet as the only coats hooks were in a communal hallway near the front door.

The room was very nice, warm enough. Toilet and shower very clean Whilst away from the town centre my interests were local to the room, so no problem. TV was available but i did not use, did use all the coffee though! Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Plymouth

There was a child in one of the other rooms who for hours on end would run and down creating annoying noise, I know that places like this have family rooms but maybe a notice for parents to supervise their children would not go amiss.

I love the interior design and the tv was already connected to Netflix.

The mattress & pillows needs to be changed as it caused me back ache ! & neck pain. My partner wasn’t comfortable as well as she was complaining of not able to sleep well.

The keyless use and ensuite access. Room temperature was good, didn't get cold at night.

Not enough pillows and the mattress was terrible. Great for a single person who likes lying in the middle, but any couple on the mattress, it slants to the middle and you end up rolling to the middle by time you wake up.

Parking issues encouraged the use of public transport and afforded site sightseeing opportunities around the city (by bus) and further afield by train

Decent size room

Near impossible to park the car, it shouldn't list parking as a feature. I was kept awake most of the night. Interesting aroma almost like the smell of damp throughout. Towels were new and hadn't been washed, which gave them a funny smell. I ended up staying elsewhere.
