Location is good

Access road is terrible, no staff on site whatsoever. Communication through WhatsApp only. Quite difficult

Absolument déplorable pour certaine chambre. Pas d’équivalence entre les chambre ni leur tarif. Gérant joignable uniquement par sms et peu au téléphone. Problème de blattes et d’odeur. Saleté Infections en retour de séjour lié à l’eau et poussière. Pas d’appel pour proposer une alternative. Chambre 3 très mauvaise dans cette résidence Cuisine commune remplit de cafard le soir en raison du manque de ménage et attention des autres résidents. Passages la nuit. Wifi mauvaise pas lié à l’île mais au réseau dans certaine chambre. Pas de wifi dans la chambre 3 alors que les autres oui. Pas de petits déjeuner ni d’informations accessibles sur commodité et besoins en cas d’urgence ou de besoins. Pas assez de contact client et problème de facturation entre prix Booking et prix pratiqué en direct (beaucoup plus cher malgré les réductions) Portail d’entrée ne ferme pas Parking étroit
