"Fantastic location, fantastic accommodation"

10.0

Absolutely wonderful stay here. The cottage was fully equipped, very clean. Everything had the finishing touches. The hosts was on hand if needed. The back garden was lovely saw wildlife each night. A true gem of a place to stay. Also less than one minute to the beach.

Nothing to dislike

"An enjoyable holiday"

7.0

The location was nice. Close to the centre and the shops. The steps to the beach were quite steep without a handrail. However accesing the beach from the centre was easy so this was not a major problem. The house was comfatable and clean the appliances were good.

It would have been nice to have more crockery and glass wear as when we were filling the dishwasher we ran out of things. The lack of locks on the bathrooms could have been a problem if more family members had come with us.

"Honest review, I’d recommend this property, great location & beautifully decorated!"

8.0

House was beautifully decorated, the bed was super comfy (so was the sofa!) loved that I could let my two small dogs in the garden without worrying about them escaping as it’s fully enclosed. The location was excellent for the beach you couldn’t get any closer! If you go out the back gate turn right you will see some steep steps that lead to the beach (if you turn right on the beach it’s all dog friendly). If you come out the back gate and turn left and walk for a couple of minutes you can get to the beach via a slope and also access the shops. Kitchen has a microwave, cooker, dishwasher, fridge (with a small freezer section) no washing machine (not that I usually use one on holiday but just for info) TV in lounge has Netflix (remember your password for access) plus terrestrial TV. Downstairs master bedroom has a USB plug with various fittings which was useful, only thing missing was a wardrobe but there is a chest of drawers and in the twin room upstairs there is a rail with a couple of hangers, I would definitely visit again, and hoping the weather will be better next time 😉

Not a dislike as such but the shower doesn’t have very good pressure so it’s not very powerful, & would like to see some hooks in the bedroom as nowhere to hang your clothes but don’t let that put you off!

"Very enjoyable comfortable stay."

9.0

Extremely clean and comfortable property. Short walk from the bottom of the garden to the sea! Despite the location of a housing estate the area was very quiet with ample parking. The weather wasn't great so we used the heating which was very easy and we were toasty in no time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this little gem and hope to return.

We only found the wifi password on our last day! (it was there all the time just didn't see it!!) There is a little booklet of information but it had been left on a dining chair so I didn't find that until we were packing up.

"Amazing Annie's Hideaway 10/10"

10.0

Annie's Hideaway is a beautiful property, it's comfortable, very clean & home from home with everything you could possibly need. It's in a quiet location just perfect for getting away from the every day hustle & bustle of busy work life. The photos represent exactly what the home is like, bright, clean and lovely. It's close & within walking distance to Chapel St.Leonards. Parking at the front of the property. We will definitely be going there again! The owner is very quick & courteous to respond to any queries/questions. Overall the best place we have stayed in by far. Good value for money. Thank you for having us & we would definitely recommend this property.

"Relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely worth the money!"

9.0

The house was lovely and clean. Everything required for a comfortable and enjoyable few days. Fantastic location, right near the beach. Local buses to Skegness and Ingoldmells every 15 mins, on average. A lovely stress free break. Would definitely recommend to family and friends, heading to the East coast. Thank you Jess! Sandra
