Very clean property, plenty of space. Close to the seafront. Ideal for dog walks.

The area at the back outside the gate had a lot of rubbish, empty beer cans. It is a public walkway and nothing to do with the property. Just unfortunate that people leave their rubbish around the area.

The property was close to the sea, and the shops. It was clean, warm and cosy. A home from home.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

Lovely property. A few minutes walk from the village and beach. A great place to come and relax.

Could have done with a few more utensils ie wooden spoon, large knife and chopping board

2nd stay at Annie's still love the location,the house is cosy and has everything you need..Will defo stay 3rd time.

Would like to see a sweeping brush and dustpan and brush..the hand held hoover is a killer on your back..

The location is minutes walk from beach, arcades, bars, takeaways and bus stops which run to Skegness, Ingoldmells and Mablethorpe. Spacious accommodation with everything you may need with complimentary tea, coffe and tolietries for your arrival. The enclosed garden is clean and ideal for young children or dogs. Would definitely recommend and hope to book again in the near future
