The property was a long way from the amenities

The house is situated in a quiet little neighbourhood and is noise insulated well enough so no noises from the outside kept us up. The house is also clearly a new-build so the facilities are what you might expect from that. Our room had plenty of space for our stuff, the bed was very comfortable, there was a nice lamp so that we didn't have to use the main light constantly and the TV had plenty of options to choose from (i.e. netflix, Spotify, YouTube). There were 4 plug sockets that we could find in our room, two of which were occupied by the lamp and the TV. If this does not leave enough sockets for you I'd recommend bringing a gangplank or something similar. Our en-suite had a lovely shower and there were the expected items provided, such as towels, shampoo and body wash, toilet rolls and a spare toothbrush. Whilst not in the city, there is a tram station less than 10 minutes walk away which will take you to the city in about 20 minutes. There is also a huge shopping centre on the Quays about 20 minutes walk away or a short bus ride on the 50 which you can catch from a nearby stop. We had a lovely time at the accomodation, thank you!

The facilities not in your room are shared (i.e. the non-en-suite bathrooms, the kitchen and the living room) but I only bumped into one person over our two night stay. The walls are not thin by any means but if there is a relatively loud noise in the house (such as something being dropped) you will hear it. Theoretically, if someone were to loudly play music late at night it would definitely keep you up, but I would hope that this does not occur. Thankfully we did not experience any noises to keep us up from inside the house. Obviously I would recommend trying to keep your own noise levels down as well, especially when it is later in the evening/night. There is not a check in process as you receive an email containing all the information you need prior to arrival, meaning there are no on-site staff. There does not appear to be a room on the bottom floor so if you have mobility issues or trouble getting up stairs then I would not recommend. I want to clarify that these weren't issues for us but they may be for you if you dislike sharing for the above reasons or have accessibility needs.

Lovely large room and very clean throughout. Nice bathroom. Comfy bed.
