We were really let down by our stay in this caravan. We’d heard that new cleaners had been hired, but honestly, it didn’t show at all. On arrival, we were greeted by cigarette ends on the balcony and dirt on the decking—not the welcome anyone would hope for. Inside wasn’t much better. The floors were dirty, and we had to wash all the dishes and cups ourselves before using them. There were crumbs in the cutlery drawer, which made us feel like nothing had been properly cleaned. The caravan itself felt unstable—any movement made it shake, even from our small child. When it got windy, it was even worse. The fire was covered in dust, some window catches and blinds were broken, and the table was poorly finished with vinyl hanging off underneath. We also found dirty socks under one bed and Pokémon pyjamas under another—completely unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to cleaning. The caravan is clearly run down and in need of maintenance. The rooms are far too cramped to be advertised as an 8-berth, and the oven kept cutting out. When we first opened the door, there was a strong unpleasant smell, and the carpets didn’t even fit properly. The Hoover didn’t work, the curtains smelled musty, and the sofa was filthy. The bedding wasn’t much better—it was creased, bitty, and the quilt didn’t even fit the cover properly. Overall, it felt like no real care had been taken to prepare the caravan for guests. Some recommendations: • Do a proper deep clean between each stay—curtains, carpets, and especially the sofas need serious attention. • Replace or fix broken fixtures and fittings. • Implement a thorough checklist to make sure nothing is missed. • Honestly reassess the sleeping capacity—it’s not fit for 8 people. • Lastly, the location is far from ideal. The caravans are packed in like sardines, leaving very little personal space or privacy. This was not the relaxing break we’d hoped for and we would not return based on this experience.

Location of park is really good being in the main road by all entertainment. The location to beach from van is really good and so are the on site facilities and entertainment couldn't not fault it been many of times . And the owner was very responsive brought me a hoover to clean caravan as other was broken and he had no idea. Was really friendly and respectful.

The bedroom is right on the walkway gang way kept us up most nights from passers by being loud. And the van was amazing had everything we needed, but no fault to owner at all the cleaness was not the best but thats down to the cleaners not the owners
