The property is in an excellent, central location. Walkable to archaeology museum, main squares, beach, restaurants and bars. It was very new clean and stylish. Good shower.

It was misrepresented as a1- bed apartment but was in fact a studio, which we had eliminated from our search. It appeared to be a converted garage at the bottom of a small apartment block on a very narrow street of similar blocks, which made the back bedroom area a bit cave like as all natural light came from the front of the property. The outside area was adjacent to the parking area, which meant the family were constantly quietly going back and forth. Mosquito machines and citronella candles did not stop me from being bitten every time I stepped outside. No housekeeping at all over 5 days and no information on bins, recycling or facilities in the apartment.

We really enjoyed this apartment and Kalamata in general. Tastefully and qualitatively done design, large and comfortable space, functional kitchen, access to small privte, nice garden. Attentive owner. Located in a very quiet place, close to the city center. A private garage is a great convenience. The access street is narrow, which is typical to this part of ​​the city

We like everything. Kind owner welcomed us upon arrival. The very new place is more than a 5 star hotel suite. Great lay-out with bedroom, sitting area and a kitchen. The whole place has much more than we needed. Kitchen well equipped with cups, glasses, cutlery, electric briki, oven, nespressomachine to name a few. Also the complementary goods in kitchen and bathroom made us feel taken care of. Washingmachine and the rack outside was a plus. On top the nice garden with big table and chairs, where we had our breakfast. The place is very close to the center and beaches and other interesting sites are easy to reach by car. Parking on site is a treasure. The place is located in a quiet street with no traffic.
