Dean Apartment at Zakynthos Town

Чисто достатъчно удобно, близко до центъра и пристанището на града.

Паркирането е огромен проблем!!! Няма паркомясто. Налагаше се да обикалям всяка вечер тесните улици по 30-40 минути за да успея накъде да паркирам в Закинтос. Въобще това е проблем в целият град и най-големият минус.

Μου άρεσε που ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο και δεν χρειαζόταν αυτοκίνητο για να βγεις στην πόλη. Ήταν ήσυχο καθαρό και με ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος . Είναι μονοκατοικία στον πρώτο όροφο.

Η σχέση τιμής και απόδοσης. Είναι ένα ωραίο σπίτι για διακοπές αλλά και λέω πάλι αλλά για να καταλάβει κάποιος τη λέω χωρίς να παρεξηγηθω. Όταν βάζεις μια τιμή κρίνεται αυτό που πουλάς με βάση αυτό. Αν είχε το διαμέρισμα 80 ευρώ θα ήταν 10 στα 10 ..αν είχε 50 θα ήταν ευκαιρία τρομερή ...αλλά πάνω από 110 νομίζω είναι υπερτιμημένο. Αλλά θα προσθέσω όπως όλη η Ζάκυνθος.

Leider sehr hellhörig, selbst mit Oropax. Wir hatten immer wieder Ameisen und Kakerlaken, die Gastgeberin war aber sehr bemüht, diesbezüglich zu helfen und den cleaning service vorbeizuschicken. Im Bad hat es leider konstant nach Urin/Abfluss gerochen.

The noise of the water pump during the night.

The apartment feels like a real home more than a vacation home as it is very well-equipped and contains lots of furniture. The location is convenient and self-check in means you are free to arrive and leave whenever you want (within the given time frames of course).

We felt a bit insecure in the apartment as the door seems vulnerable and very easy to break open. Also the streets around the apartment were noisy (mostly Greeks shouting). Furthermore, you need to remember to manually switch on the boiler for getting hot water, which is slightly inconvenient, but it works. The communication was a bit confusing as we received an (automated?) message about how to check out before even receiving check in instructions, but it worked out in the end.
