TRI messaged them via Booking.com, specifically asking them not to cancel my reservation because I would arrive after the Taraweeh prayer. They never replied. When I arrived at the hotel around 23:30–00:00, they told me my reservation was cancelled but offered me a different room. Why didn’t they inform me of this via message? I am very angry. If you had messaged me, I wouldn't have come all the way to the hotel. I left the hotel, and only then—about 5-10 minutes later—did they officially cancel my reservation on the system. Yet, they had told me to my face that it was already cancelled! This is completely inconsistent and unprofessional.
