חוויה מזעזעת ומבישה. הגעתי למקום לאחר שביצעתי הזמנה ואני מגלה שהדירה בכלל לא קיימת. מספר הטלפון שסופק היה שגוי, והמארח היה בלתי זמין לחלוטין. במשך שעות ניסיתי ליצור קשר ולא קיבלתי שום מענה. נשארתי בלי מקום לינה ובלי שום עזרה או הסבר מדובר בהתנהלות חסרת אחריות וחסרת מקצועיות שפשוט לא מתקבלת על הדעת. ההרגשה היא של פרסום מטעה וזלזול מוחלט באורחים בזבוז זמן כסף ועוגמת נפש מיותרת. ממליץ להתרחק מהמקום הזה ולא לקחת את הסיכון.” עוקץץץץ

"CRAP"

We were never let in to the property . There was no key to the property . This was a total SCAM!! We were forced to sleep in the car as a family . I am waiting for my refund from booking.com
