GBClean spacious apartment right beside the new street train station. Shops nearby and plenty of food places. Host was very engaged over message and provided very good instructions gaining access to the property.
Previous guests were able to leave their car in the designated space when I arrived I had to park elsewhere (host dealt with it promptly). The hot water for the property is limited, 30 mins of water in a single tank.
GBLocation was brilliant, views are as described, fabulous coffee machine and having parking available was a real bonus.
There was a very convoluted set of (slightly outdated) instructions to access the property and parking. There was no shampoo or conditioner available. Finally, the beds were terrible; mattresses collapsing in the middle so you rolled into each other all night, we eased the problem by removing the bottom mattress on each bed, which begs the question why put one mattress on top of another? It doesn’t hide a collapsed mattress but exaggerates it.
GBA lovely two‑bedroom apartment with an exceptional kitchen. Very clean and tidy. The location is excellent. The owner was consistently accessible and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A superb experience that I can highly recommend.

GBGreat location close to New St and loads of bars and restaurants. Really nicely fitted out., eg great coffee machine. Bathrooms absolutely spotless. Great to have a secure parking space in the building.
Some small teething problems with hot water and a previous guest had obviously been smoking but not really noticeable after first impression.
GBThe property location was central Birmingham , just metres from hill street entrance of Birmingham new street station. Apartment was spacious with great amenities, both bathrooms well appointed and plenty of wardrobe space.
Check in process was not the easiest, however once in was a breeze
CAWe paid for early check-in but the suite was not available early due to maintenance.
Rooms were spotless, Great coffee maker. Trust the key retrieval process. It works. View is incredible and fridge, cooktop, air fryer all are top notch.
