1. Персонал - быстро ответили на сообщение, при заезде быстро заселили и ответили на все вопросы. Подготовили оперативно все необходимые документы (регистрация, ваучер) 2. Номера - хорошая мебель, сантехника, хорошее состояние номера, чисто 3. Двор - просто прекрасный внутренний дворик, куда можно выйти и насладиться зеленью, тишиной и пением птиц. Осталось очень положительное впечатление, персонал приложил все усилия для комфортного проживания

1. Запах сырости из вытяжки был достаточно сильный 2. К сожалению, некоторые люди устраивающие курилку в ванной комнате, которые не проявили уважение ни к другим гостям, которые вынуждены нюхать запах сигарет, ни к отелю который предоставил отличный сервис за очень демократичную цену. Стоит активно выявлять таких и штрафовать, ибо для некурящих это была целая проблема. "Дорогие гости", пожалуйста, учитывайте, что вы в ГОСТЯХ, а не дома - выходите курить на УЛИЦУ и не слушайте музыку на весь отель - вы в нем не одни. Не доставляйте проблем ни себе, ни персоналу, ни другим отдыхающим.

"Nice stay to Taskent"

We stayed in this hotel two times. The second time we stayed in 1st floor. The room was perfect, specious and very clean. Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was large, but using the toilet was difficult. Also, the water was not enough in the shower, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Приветливый персонал. Соотношение цена и качество. В номере было все необходимое, каждый день проводилась уборка

Был запах застоявшейся воды/канализации из душа. В целом впечатления это не испортило, персонал пытался решить нашу проблему

"Все просто великолепно, кроме уборки номеров"

Парень, который сидит на рецепшене ( самый большой, высокий) Очень дружелюбный и реагировал на просьбы с большой охотой.

Клининг отвратителен, забыли мусор. Не положили несколько раз полотенца для ног. Ковер грязный.
