The Loft

Location was great. Very comfortable and private and very close to the pub. Not far from local towns yet close to the forest.

It was a bit difficult to contact the owner by phone. This may have been because of poor signal. Access onto the main road was difficult if busy.

Lovely airy space.

We went when the weather was particularly warm. No fan provided meant little sleep and lots of mosquitoes coming through the windows. Ended up very bitten even with pest spray.

Location was great.

Perhaps a note saying single pedestrian wooden gate by a large tree situated after the host’s own pebble stone driveway entrance. We were early so called into The Filly pub/restaurant who gave us a heads up that The Loft sign on the gate was very small and partially hidden as you drive by.

Very spacious with room for our bikes. Great location and we appreciated the coffee maker. The information pack was also helpful

WiFi was poor and due to the weather, it was uncomfortably hot in the property. It would have been really nice to have had a pint of milk in the fridge on arrival as there aren't any shops nearby.

Outdoor space was useful but could be improved. Wifi was a little temperamental

Very clean and everything I needed. I felt safe as I was on my own but the property was further out than I realised so I did a lot of walking!

The only things were tiny things. Bedroom tv didn’t work and light above basin didn’t work. Probably just batteries and bulb needed. Everything else was perfect.

Excellent location and close to a very good pub. It was a very good location for getting around the forest and the coast by bicycle. Clean and spacious apartment.

Nicely tucked away with a good pub within walking distance. Well appointed apartment with good space and parking. Lovely welcome from host on arrival. Wish I was there for more than one night.

Maybe some milk/water in fridge for arrival ?
