Brand new apartment near Gondola

Such a lovely and cozy apartments, really enjoyed my stay there. The landlord is a good-willing and helpful person. Have only positive experiences about that place

The room is very clean and accessible to gondola; a good 3-5 mins. walk only. There’s also a shop just beside the building where you can buy water and such.

There are no containers for shampoo and shower gel. TIP: they have bottles of these under the sink. Thank me later.

Great location! Close to lifts and bars/restaurants. The apartment is in mint condition. It was shining clean when I arrived. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay.

Классное близкое расположение к гондоле через пригорок, быстрое автоматическое заселение. Квартира очень теплая с отличным отопление и теплым полом в ванной, хороший напор в душе, горячяя вода. Супер плюс это стиралка🫶🏻. Осталась в восторге от соотношения цены и качества жилья!

Cause I went to gudauri only for boarding it had all i wanted Near 2 cable(about 5 min to gondola and 10 min to 1th) Also it’s near good bars and restaurants like (drunk cherry,black dog) For view of balcony you’ll see ice rink
