FRLovely flat with well equipped kitchen and very nice bathroom. It was neat and tidy. Quiet area. The property is walking distance from the city centre and there is a supermarket nearby.

Car parking space was awkward to access and best suited to a small car Wallpaper hanging off in the bedroom. There was a lot of condensation and a dehumidifier would maybe help The quilt was inadequate for the time of year and the pillows were very poor and lumpy The worst thing was the shower drain. We noticed the shower tray was overflowing and found the drain completely clogged with hair and gunge. Very unpleasant and suggests cleaning is superficial. GBBathroom and kitchen were of a high standard. The heating was on during the day, which was nice when we walked in after a long day out, which was nice and welcoming.
The bedroom has wallpaper coming off the wall, and in 1 place, the wallpaper has already come off. Pillows were substandard in our opinion as the stuffing had come apart and were therefore lumpy and uncomfortable. The duvet is very thin, and the bottom sheet didn't fit properly. This provided unsettled sleep for us both. Parking was difficult to find where someone from the neighbouring flats told us where to park. A simple sign would resolve the confusion.

USGBA comfortable, well equipped flat. It is located close enough for walking into the city and near to a bus stop if preferred. We didn't use the car during our stay.
A reassuring parking sign for the flat would have been good.
