bedroom was lovely and clean with a great view

we booked a private bathroom room on booking.com but when we arrived we were told there wasn’t any private bathroom rooms. we were a little upset as I had been quite unwell and wanted to have the comfort of a private bathroom. the staff were very apologetic and lovely about the situation just a shame booking.com had it advertised incorrectly.

Due to weather condition I was able to move a few days later on our actual date of arrival. Maam Marilyn , the owner was on the phone when we got there . She made sure that we had what we need and to enjoy our stay . The caretaker/ staff has a very good service. Food was great.

Need to upgrade the faucet by the sink in the bathroom, need a safety handle/ bar for seniors. By the main door need to tuck in properly the molding of the wire to avoid tripping.

"not to book again"

the place, small but cozy, the staff who was considerate

We arrived almost 10pm as we traveled from the city for almost 6hrs as my mom drove, she is good but now pwd and senior citizen. i know i booked only for 2 but we were 4. It was me, my son,my mom and my partner. But we asked politely from the only staff there if we could just stay there for 2hrs while waiting for our boat trip at 2am, so he agreed but later on manager arrived and charge us 200 each for sleeping in the hammock but agreed only to pay 200. i was very disappointed coz we ask a little consideration as we were only taking a nap and knowing my mom and my son will leave early in the morning so we never stayed more than 8hrs and paid before we arrived. the place was so dark probably the owner is saving from electricity and take note we were there only customer that night. so sad and will never book again. not able to understand that we just book for a place to rest a little but still charged us. we brought rice and chorizo only because we forgot to eat it during our trip but they said to charge us for another corjage fee. like i realize no one booked them because they are just money driven resort.
