Birdsong Alley Bed and Breakfast

We recently stayed at The B M B in Hanmer Springs and it was absolutely fantastic! The rooms felt like a luxury fiesta hotel – beautifully done, spotless, and maintained to perfection. Cleanliness here is easily a 10/10. Breakfast was an absolute delight – fresh, delicious, and made with so much love by our wonderful hosts. You can truly taste the care and passion in every bite. We had such a lovely chat with the couple during our breakfast break, which made the whole experience even more special. Without a doubt, this is my favourite place in town. Every time I visit Hanmer Springs, this will be my go-to stay. Highly, highly recommended! ❤️🌿

Lovely stay! Rhys and Ray were great hosts, they were very warm and welcoming and made sure we felt comfortable and settled. The room was very clean and modern with wireless chargers. Bathrooms came with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner etc but also with a complimentary homemade soap for us to take away. There were complimentary snacks in the room and the breakfast that was included was amazing! We had eggs, potato, veggies, sausages and homemade relish and muffins. It was both of our birthdays so they gave us fudge as a present which was lovely. Overall lovely stay and we would come back in an instant.

The stay was a 10/10. Hosts were very friendly and inviting. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfy. Shower was amazing. Very warm room. The cooked breakfast was tasty and healthy. Also adjusted for gluten intolerance. We would definitely recommend and return again.

The property was super cosy and the room was decorated to an exceptionally high standard. It had a heat pump and electric blankets so I was warm in the middle of July. The bathroom (and the room) were clean to an unbelievable standard. There was plenty of towels, toiletries, and a heat lamp and towel rail so there was no chance of going cold in there. When I arrived I had milk in my fridge, a tasty snack box to help myself too and a gift of some homemade soap. Breakfast was delicious, all homemade or local produce. What makes this place so special is the owners go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I came here for a rest after some intense days of sightseeing and I left feeling like I had been spoiled rotten.

We loved everything! The room was lovely, clean and the bed was so comfy! Rayone & Ryhs have thought of all the little things that make the stay special. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. We will definitely be back.
