"Horrible experience"

I did not like my entire experience, Me and my family drove up and hour and a half to only be notified that the property was already book out to someone else. We was left stranded with food as well. Booking.com stated that they were going to try to accommodate us only yo offer us a major downside unbelievable! We were so disappointed and suffered for something that we didn't cause NEVER AGAIN BOOKING! We went through airbnb and found a great place at 11 pm literally 8 hours later from our original 3 pm check in that we booked at Wolf creek lodge!
