This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must hand in the keys at the reception and inform that their stay is over. Guests must pay for the electricity consumption at the reception, calculated from the difference of kWh×10 in uruguayan peso or in dollars at the day's exchange rate. White lining washing must be paid for as well, in urugayan pesos or in dollars at the day's exchange rate. Cleaning includes general floors and bathrooms cleaning and bed making. Utensils, and kitchenware will be handed in excelent hygene conditions. The building staff will not clean these. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
