Very good quality for money, clean and nice.

Lovely apartment had everything you would need, very spacious with everything working perfectly! Location was amazing very close to app attractions in the city, would definitely recommend staying there.

Cooperation with the host Bea Home was great. Very helpful in solving problems, friendly towards guests and kind in answering questions. The location of the apartment is really very good, close to the main streets of the city (via Maqueda, Via Roma) as well as the most important historic monuments of Palermo. There are thousands of street food places (if someone likes that) and souvenir shops around.

The equipment of the apartment is rather modest. Many kitchen tools are missing, including tea spoons (one!, not counting the plastic ones), a bottle opener, coffee cups, pots, and a decent tea kettle. The bathroom lacks a shelf for cosmetics and other utensils. The apartment has been designed for a short stay (2-3 days) rather than for a stay longer than 1 week. It's a pity, because it adversely affects the quality of spending time there.

Fabulous apartment! What did I like? Every little thing. Enjoyed meeting Francesco in person and hearing how he created this apartment from scratch using the original stone as accent! Wow! The well insulated ground floor apartment was full of everything you need for a great stay. There was a coffee maker with coffee (make sure not to push the lever all the way down), kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, towels, shampoo. Comfy bed with a place to hang your clothes. All of the systems are designed to be automated so he can make adjustments via his phone.

I wish we had stayed longer.
