JRD Pride-Business Hotel

The rooms were neat and clean.

Wifi was very poor, lac of co-operation from staff while check in nd check out. Basic amenities like geyser was not there and ac temperature fluctuations were there.

Staff were great. Room was perfect and the bed was very comfy.

A little hard to find on google maps, but that's an issue for google maps, not the hotel.

The room was clean ,modern , and shower was amazing . Any questions or requests were dealt with, very quickly ,the Manager Ahmed was such a great person helping us with ordering taxis and making us feel comfortable and welcome. Very impressed

Booking procedure

Make the reception more spacious and attractive, at the entrance one gets very constricted feeling.

Food. Amenities. Staff service but only after asking.

Mattress - they have excellent pillow top mattress but it was upside down which made my back sour badly, this is simply a blunder by Hotel Staff. The British plugs were in Bathroom whereas they should be near beds or table so we can use them since we come with BS plugs. Water was not there in room given after asking, kettle was given after asking, tea spoon wasn't there, given after asking.. if it is a 5 star hotel as they rate, it should all be in room.....
