Berdekatan dengan kedai makan dan kemudahan pengangkutan seperti keretaapi

Cadar ,selimut dan sarung bantal kotor seperti sudah lama tidak basuh..asalnya cadar berwarna putih tetapi bertukar warna kelabu...sangat teruk pada tahap kebersihan.

Lokasi strategik. Dekat dgn mall, 7/11. Kedai makan pun banyak.

Ruang parking agak limited. Terutama waktu hari bekerja.
