Die Lage vom BLUE BEACH HOTEL ist sehr gut, ganzndirekt am Meer gelegen, alle Zimmer mit Ausblick auf das Meer.

Eigentlich gar nichts, da das Hotel typisch singhalesischnist, das heißt ein anderer Stil als in Deutschland. Wenn genug Gäste da sind, gab es immer morgens typissch singhalesisches Buffet, einige Gerichte sund dann sehr, sehr scharf. Man ist bemüht, allen Wünschen der Gäste gerecht zu werden, besonders Herr Chandra, der seit 30 Jahren im Hotel arbeitet.

The location is amazing. We had a beech view and it was lovely. The staff were lovely and when we raised issues or problems they did their best to try and rectify them.

Things that were listed as included in the room like a fridge and a safe deposit box were not in our room. The shower was sometimes hot and other times just warm. We stayed for 5 days and in that time our room wasn’t cleaned once. Half of the time we couldn’t connect to the WiFi. We tried to eat at the restaurant for breakfast but in the end had to leave because they still weren’t ready to serve at 8. We did eat at the restaurant on our last evening. The service was slow, my wife finally received here order but I had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for mine. The restaurant was not busy that evening.

Het ligt direct aan het strand. Ruime slaapkamers, een ruim balkon en een ruime tuin.

Doorgelegen bedden; vette ramen, vieze, onopgeruimde gangen en trappen. Het is een prachtig hotel dat overall een opknapbeurt moet hebben. Het eten was onsmakelijk.

One of the best value for money hotels in this location. Great sea view rooms, with water heater, small fridge and good AC. Also bathrooms had hot water showers too. Not a perfect stay, but still for the price, the hotel is a great stay.

Bidet shower holder was broken. Balcony chair was broken as well. The pool's chlorine was too high, few of my dress got bleached off the colors after a swim.

Not value for the money we spent. Food service was very slow — on the first day, lunch was delivered only around 3.00 PM. There were only two waiter staff handling the restaurant, which caused delays. The TV was not working properly, and the mattress was not comfortable. The bathroom was okay, but overall the room facilities were below expectations. The location and beach are perfect, that is the best part of the stay. However, construction noise disturbed us a lot. We even changed rooms, but the noise issue continued. Overall, the experience did not match the price paid.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, wenn man in Colombo ankommt, dort aber nicht bleiben will und erstmal ein zwei Tage relaxen möchte bevor man weiter in den Süden reißt. Unterkunft liegt in einem kleineren Ort direkt am Strand. Alle Zimmer mit Meerblick.
