Location is convenient to explore various points in Daman and its away from the main hotel chaos. Mr. Pal is very co-operative which overcomes many of the negative points.
These are points for improvement - 1. The room was not cleaned and there was some trash leftover from the last occupants. 2. There were mugs of plaster and other repair material lying below the kitchen counter. 3. The refrigerator although working needs urgent cleaning. 4. One of the sofas is broken and needs repair. 5. The side table drawers are broken and need repair/replacement. 6. Bathroom drain is choked and needs clearing. 7. Commode is not cleaned. 8. Garbage can was not present however it was provided on request.
