Stay in Malpensa

Not very good

It was basically a continental breakfast

The decor was nice and that was it! Absolutely awful customer service. Not polite at all, screaming at us because there was a little bit of water foot prints from the shower (which can get moped up or dry in 5 minutes) very rude attitude!!

Long story short don’t ever get a shower if you stay as they don’t like a drop of water on ther bathroom floor. Asked us how we live in the UK if we can’t get out of the shower properly. I explained it was my religion to do wudu and we have to wash our feet so there was a drop of water from my feet, and she was insulting us saying she doesn’t care about our Islamic rituals and that we don’t know how to shower and clean properly. Never ever will I go back in my life as this customer service was awful. Also states toilettes provided. Shampoo was empty, no toilet roll at all in the whole building. And the heating was hot and cold also, and she stated to message on booking.com for anything at any time but didn’t reply and when I did ask her in the morning why. She said “we was sleeping we can’t reply to you” Highly wouldn’t recommend staying here as it’s all lies. If anything it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life.

It was very clean and very beautiful.

Close to airport Malpensa, very detailed instructions how to get to the apartment. Water in the apartment, lovely host.

No heating system, only air-conditioner. So it was rather cold. Additionally to the noise of planes, the air conditioner is working if you want to get warmer.
