"A shameful place"

The location was good, right the end of the lane so not much noise. Also the view was nice.

1. Reception didn't get our booking 2. Receptionist were superbly under performing for a 4 star resort. 3. Swimming pool was dirty, looks like havent been cleaned for weeks. 4. Pool is at the hind of the restaurant, but one staff insisted we go through the side, the side which wasn't maintained at all, with slippery roads and laundry hanging. Also, told us there are towels by the pool but when we were there they say there arent any. 5. Kids club wasn't functioning with dirty rain water all over it, and they didn't even bother with a sign saying it's not working. 6. Breakfast was horrible. Options, tastes, service, cleanliness, just horrible restaurant. 7. They always close half of their front gate, letting all vehicles problems going in and out of the property, even after we spoke to them they just smiled at us. 8. Checkout was super slow and tedious for no reason at all. Acting like they are afraid we stole their pillows. 9. Toilet in the bedroom looks horrendous.
