"A great place for a weekend away"

The quirky building had everything that we needed and more. The facilities were well maintained and it is in a great location to be able to explore Deal.

The bed was a little hard for my liking and the pillows a bit too big but that is personal preference I guess!

"Beautiful experience"

A beautiful, unique property that is maintained to a very high standard, especially for an 18th century building. The house set-up is very well thought-through, and again well-maintained. Decorations are highly authentic. Finally, the hosts were very accommodative and easy to contact.

If you are travelling with small children, please note that the building is old - the inner stairs are steep and narrow; the ground floor is a bit uneven so there are multiple steps where a toddler may flip/fall. Everything

"Great stay, will definitely return."

Such a charming, characterful house. The courtyard in the middle of the property is such a bonus. The house is cosy, warm, nicely furnished and well equipped. Great kitchen and living facilities, lovely master and second bedrooms.

The ceiling height in the twin bedroom, dangerous for anyone over 5’2”.

"Exceptional"

The Tally ho is unique, quirky and comfortable. Situated in Old Deal, where you are surrounded by history and feel in it. The house is in very close proximity to both the beach and the high street , as well as pubs and restaurants.

There was nothing that we did not like. The house is of a high standard and furnished well.
