AUOverpriced. Not value for money. Location is far from the main city area. If you want to have lunch or dinner then you have to take a mode of transport to get into Kushalnagar. The property only serves breakfast. The rooms are basic and not upto the mark of the amount charged per night.

INNew property so the newness. Location was peaceful. Natural beauty surrounding the place. Estate staying experience. Behaviour of Mr. Hanif (owner) and the staffs are excellent. Breakfast was quite good. Swiming pool is good. Kid's paying facility was good - my son loved the facility.
Nothing as such, just there were some insects during evening, this is understandable as the location was amid plantation.
INGreat nature, coffee plantation and plantation. Close to the nature. Bigger size room. Cooperative owner and manager is polite and friendly and helpful. Good size and clean sweeming pool. All staff is very helpful. Location is awesome.
Suggestion. 1) please keep kettle for hot water, tea or coffee sachets and sugar sachets.

INPeace and its self sustainable eco-system. You have everything here. In addition the staff are great and extremely helpful, greatly behaved. The owner and family are also present most of the time with the campus. Its a good mid size property of about 8.5 acres of rainforest.
Nothings as such. Just the location is little u accessible if you don’t have vehicle.
ININThe resort care taker Badaruddin was great and warmly welcomed us. The resort is in the middle of a farm with beautifully surrounded greenery. We got a great welcome drink of water melon. The swimming pool is clean and big enough for comfortable swimming. Superb breakfast including iddly, poori, kesari, bread butter, cornflake, pulav, uppuma, tea, juice etc. Room and bed was big enough and neat and clean toilets. Free wifi was functional. Hospitality was great by the staff. Over all great stay. Mr. Badaruddin guided the tourist visiting spots around the resort. We visited and it was great.
If dinner was possible to arrange at resort, it would have great. TV had finished subscription and channels were not accessible. Toilet heater had some issue.
