The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos: spacious and modern. It's in a quiet area, walkable to the town but not too close if you plan on going back and forth to the apartment many times during the day. The bedroom is nice and comfortable with its own AC, and the closet has hangers and extra sheets and towels. The kitchen appliances include a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a kettle, but not enough crockery, especially cutlery (if you plan to regularly cook at home) and there are no instructions for the ceramic cooktop: I solved the problem searching a tutorial video in YouTube! Communication with the owners was perfect: any time we needed something they replied within a few minutes, either via email or on the phone (I received the numbers in the detailed instructions, along with the code for the self check-in). Internet service was excellent and consistent throughout the day. Only one morning it didn't work and they promptly took care of it. The neighborhood has several delicious home-made food eateries, two supermarkets (Lidl and Kritikos), and some excellent restaurants, like the Stable Thrakotaverna and Misirlou (this one has live traditional music a few days a week!) If you like freshly-made bougatsa, have breakfast at Hobo, a cafe nearby that has its own pastry lab!

Nothing in particular, but I’ll mention some aspects that other reviewers didn’t comment upon. While there are some cleaning supplies, for the washing machine you need to buy your own detergent. The fridge is quite noisy (it didn't bother us at night because we closed the door of the bedroom). The balcony of the apartment is on the back of the building, facing a construction site where workers begin early in the morning (around 7:15). If you use the air conditioning, you can't sit outside because of the heat and the noise the units emit.

Ruim, goed verzorgd schoon appartement. Prettige ligging even buiten het oude centrum, prima te lopen. Op wat details na: goede keukenuitrusting. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

The room if very big and that's a huge pro if you have kids. The location is good, about 1km away from the center. The kitchen is comfy, and has anything you need.

The bathroom is very small and there's a huge problem with humidity there. Even if you put dry towels in the bathroom, they get wet after a while. Also the furniture in the bathroom are damaged because of the humidity. The room is also cold for winter-early spring. The air-conditioning is not able to warm the place up, not even the one that's in the bedroom. It takes ages. Things would have been better if central heat was working. Even the problem with the bathroom would have been solved. The room was not as clean as we expected. Unfortunately, there's a construction site next to the building and the workers begin pretty early in the morning, around 7:30, and they woke us up a couple of times. We were lucky that half of our stay there was during weekend.

Groot comfortabel apartement op prima locatie met prive parkeerplek. Het belangrijkste, het bed, was zeer goed.

Basis inrichting maar wel alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Twee handdoeken, groot en klein, per persoon is weinig.
