La ubicación es muy buena. En la promoción la habitación venía con escritorio y no lo había. Al segundo día se solicitó y lo trajeron.

El desayuno estuvo horrible, preparado con polvo de huevo industrial, frío y repetido exactamente igual simulando huevos revueltos los 6 días. La habitación se promociona con cafetera y sí la hay, pero solo hubo una cápsula de cortesía para preparar una sola tasa de café (y éramos dos en la habitación) el primer día; después no hubo ni siquiera para compra.

La ubicación es buena Hasta cierto punto ya que cierran las calles pero si estás queriendo algo cerca del centro o la zona bonita de paseo Montejo está muy bien

Si tienes carro cierran las calles y para llegar al estacionamiento del Hotel al menos el fin de semana es una Odisea podrían mejorar las almohadas y la Silla del escritorio es muy incómoda

El desayuno en en términos concretos convencional,la alberca está bien, la atención bien,las instalaciones bien, el lobby bien

De la semana que estuve un día no me dejaron toallas, el elevador está descompuesto y eso es un problema para mí que ya soy de la tercera edad, el desayuno americano bien pero el horario que indican ( 7am ) no lo respetan y se ingresa hasta las 7.30 am
