"Es un buen hotel con una ubicación privilegiada."

La ubicación es muy buena porque está en pleno centro de Mérida y queda cerca de todo, restaurantes, plazas, catedral, paseo montejo, etc.

Aún cuando ocupamos una master suite la habitación no contaba con secadora de cabello ni plancha de ropa, las tuvimos que pedir en recepción.

La ubicación es excelente para salir al centro. Un lugar super tranquilo y a mi parecer seguro, siempre hay algo que hacer de noche

Todo muy bien, solo hace falta un poco de mantenimiento a algunas cosas ya que se ve que ua es viejo, pero muy limpio, atentos, y perfecta ubicación

Die Lage und das Design war super. Die Kinder haben sich über Trampolin, Pool, Tischfussball etc. gefreut.

Das Personal kam uns etwas reserviert vor, wurde gegen Ende des Aufenthalts aber etwas offener. Wir fanden es allgemein nicht gut geputzt. Als wir dann noch Zahnstocher von Vormietern hinter einer Tür entdeckten waren wir ab der Sauberkeit sehr enttäuscht.

"Excelente ubicación, pero le falta mantenimiento"

La ubicación es excelente, está entre Montejo y la catedral, perfecta para recorrer todo caminando sin necesidad de carro. El personal fue muy amable y siempre respondió a nuestras solicitudes. El desayuno incluido es muy completo y abundante, y el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito y alberca, lo cual es un plus.

El hotel es bastante antiguo (nos comentaron que tiene alrededor de 45 años) y le hace falta mantenimiento. Las puertas de los cuartos y baños se notan oxidadas por abajo, la tina/regadera estaba parchada y durante las noches encontramos cucarachas. No había toallas para la alberca durante días seguidos y las del cuarto estaban deshiladas; además, las sábanas eran algo transparentes y el tubo para colgar ropa no tenía ganchos.

"El peor hotel Los Aluxes."

Solo la ubicación.

Nada me gustó. El cuarto no es como lo muestran el piso está inflado y gotea agua del baño de arriba. Se reportó pero no hubo respuesta favorable El personal del restaurante no te atiende.. No volveré a confiarme ni a volver hacer reservaciones anticipadas por esta aplicación y cancelaré la próxima.
