Property was good and the view also good. That family who handled the facility was very friendly and supportive. They treat us very well

Cleanliness is zero. Room wasn't clean well. Towels and bedsheets are very dirty. We used our own stuff. We had several electricity failures due to shortages. Bathroom shower didn't work.

The view from the room is the best part. For this price it's unbelievable. The room itself is comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. The bathroom is also good, spacious and the shower always has warm water. The owner of the accommodation kept an open communication via whatsapp and was very helful and available for anything I needed.

The only downsides were that the communication with the caretakers of the venue was difficult because they dont speak any English. Although they are very nice people. And it was very cold the first night so I had to request more blankets the next day.

Location

We arrived at the accommodation and they didn't want to give us the three identical rooms we paid for, but they offered us an ugly room a level or two lower and after an hour and a half of haggling we got a room. Overall mould and a great smell in the room. The staff can't speak English and have someone on the phone, making arrangements is difficult and we paid more than stated by Booking which we don't deserve.
