I was visiting here for an event at the IITR. I had my mother, my sister and my aunt with me. The room was extremely cozy, as mentioned by my family, who I was travelling with. Since I spent most of my days in our 3-day trip at the IIT Roorkee, I usually became extremely tired at the end of the day due to the exhaustion, but felt very comforted returning back to the apartments, and the ambience was soothing as well. It's a 10/10 and I'd definitely recommend you stay here.

Apartment is neat and clean. It has suficient aminities and facilities. The owner is accessible.
Nothing specific. There should have been hangers in bathroom. Otherwise everything was perfect.
