The manager was so sweet she help me when I wea sick and she take care of everything we needed

The room was just as in the pictures and it was really clean. The owners are lovely people.

The host Lan provided us with recommendations and helped us to book a tour and our bus to Nha Trang. She is very welcoming and made our stay in Da Lat unforgettable. The stay is amazing value and only a short walk to the market and away from the noisy streets.

Bit far from center of town.

I spent a wonderful week in this hotel. The family who own the place are all so kind and helpful and they truly want to help and enjoy giving recommendations regarding attractions and restaurants. The hotel is in a quieter area of the city which was wonderful- close and far enough from the action. The room was clean and comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good. I will definitely return!

A bit of a walk to the day and night market but ordering a Grab is easy and very convenient. The main attractions are outside the city anyway.

Quiet location, 15 min walk from center ,very kind and helpful owners. They make you feel like family.

This family run Hotel really takes care of the guests and the property. The family is adorable and will go the extra mile to help you with everything.

Amazing, welcoming host family who couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The location is also excellent, on a quite street, but easy walking distance to the market and other city attractions, as well as lots of great cafes and restaurants.

Smoking was allowed right outside the room. Luckily there weren't many smokers while we were there, but there were a couple of occasions when we could smell smoke in our room.

I recommend Dona Dalat Hotel because the owner's amazing care. It is a very clean and comfortable hotel, close to everything in Đà Lạt! You won't regret staying here! I will come back! Thank you everything!

- We could choose one of 2 available rooms when we checked in - We got fresh towels each day. This was important, because nothimg really dries in Vietnam! :)

There was a lot of noise each evening - 1st day it was baby crying somewhere in the building and the walls felt like they were made from paper and 2nd day it was some party of other guests which lasted hours even after silent time (mentioned in hotel rules). Also the door to our room had glass window which transmitted light from the corridor (up all night) and gave no sense of privacy when some other guests were passing by it.
