Casa Bia is the most amazing, beautiful, comfortable, cosy, fantastically equipped newly decorated apartment, in an historical building in the centre of Bergamo Alta. It’s obvious on entering, that,owners have poured their hearts into creating a have a home that radiates love, care and consideration and have done it with such flair and style. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. Everything and more that one needs as a guest was supplied. The owners have set an extra high standard. The lady owner is wonderful and communicates through WhatsApp. She gave me lots recommendations for restaurants etc. which I used and which were really good. Will be recommending Casa Bia to my family and friends and will definitely stay here when I return to Bergamo.

Great location, lovely flat and helpful hosts

Perfect location in the heart of the Bergamo old town (Cita Alta). Beautifully furnished, looked newly renovated. We were a family of four - so a bit of a tight fit in the one room (there's a queen bed and sofa bed in the one room), but was fine for one night. We appreciated the tea and coffee and cooking basics (oil, salt etc). Good price for the location and quality.

This isn't a fault of the apartment, but a drawback of staying in the Bergamo old town is the parking cost - we paid 30 euro for the overnight parking about 5 minutes walk away (very convenient and easier than parking in the lower city, though I assume that would have been cheaper).

The host - we had arrived in Bergamo about 1pm, and requested an early check in at about 2pm. However, the host asked for a 5 euro early check in fee. She then wouldn't release the access code until exactly 3pm. It was all very pedantic and a money grabbing attitude, we have never experienced anything like it during years of worldwide travel. It really left a bitter taste.

Great location, clean, comfortable

Perfect localisation, cozy apartment, great stay! It'll be nice to have two duvets for the couple and flat pillows to sleep. Apart from that everything was perfect.
