Responsive host, clean and great location. Only 5 minutes walk to Mocanita train station .

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The overall feel of the property is simple but welcoming, and it works well if you just need a quiet base while visiting the area.

the parking situation is clearly limited. If the property is close to full capacity, finding a spot can become inconvenient, which takes away from an otherwise smooth stay. The bigger issue was noise at night. Around midnight, another guest had a soccer match playing at a very high volume, and it carried through the walls enough to disrupt sleep. That kind of situation should ideally be handled better to ensure all guests can rest.

The place itself is clean and nicely kept, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant, simple atmosphere. It’s a good base if you’re exploring the area, and everything feels fairly well maintained. Very close to Mocanita.

Parking is an issue. There simply isn’t enough space for all guests, which can become frustrating, especially during busier periods. Another downside was the noise during the night — at one point, a guest in another room was watching a soccer game at a very loud volume well past midnight. It made it hard to rest and suggests that either soundproofing could be better or quiet hours should be enforced more strictly.
