GBPristine fittings and furniture, very tastefully chosen. The property had been recently decorated / refurbished. Nice little conservatory and garden at the back. Quiet avenue of bungalows. Well located, not too close or too far from the centre of Corbridge.
A) The central heating had been set to come on at 9.30am. At that time we were already going out for the day. It would have been better if it the heating had come on earlier, e.g. 07.30 or 08.00, when we getting up and we could have benefitted from it. B) The gateway is too narrow for a modern family car / SUV. So, we were unable to take advantage of the off- road parking. Next time you do some work on the house, knock down a bit of the front wall to make the gateway a foot wider.

Would suggest a bin in the bathroom, a lamp in the lounge the over head light is a lot on the evening. And plus suggest changing one of the double beds to a twin that can be made into a double especially for kids.

No basic cooking essentials eg salt and pepper and oil. No milk or any ‘nice welcome’ which we have previously enjoyed at other AirB&B’s. Very sharp edge of countertop in kitchen. Very small ‘shower’ towels. No hooks on backs of doors.

Reception on the only tv, was terrible. We could only get bbc1 and 2. No hair dryer. Would have been good to have milk left, if you are arriving late, with little ones to put to bed, we couldn't get out for milk, even if a few uht cartons were left, just for the first cup of coffee, or tea.
