"Clean and friendly, good value"

Staff wonderful, very clean

Beds were extremely hard, no hand soap in our bathroom. We did mention this and the host said he would put some in the room, but they forgot. There was also screaming through the night by a man and woman in another room, we have no idea where. I hesrd it on 2nd floor and my friend heard it on 1st floor, they were in room below us. It was terrifying and woke us up. Not the fault of host, but unsure if it was other guests.

Great location, easy 10 mins walk from the tower. Immaculately clean, friendly welcome. Only 5 mins walk from the station.

The room was a bit dark but that wasn’t a huge issue
