Sans Hotel Sunset Point Seminyak

rooms absolutely disgusting, not clean, filth everywhere, we left and went to another hotel.

Nothing.

Staff on reception were rude. Room and bathroom smells of sewage, bed had bed bugs and stains all over. People were smoking just outside our room. Would not recommend, pay a little extra and stay somewhere better.

The crew are nice

The breakfast food same everyday for the 5 days I stayed there and sometimes little food on the serving plates

There was smell of urine in the rooms. We had 3 rooms and none could be called a room. It was disgusting to live there so we checked out the same day and money was not refunded.

Location was great

The hotel is self was a let down. Please do not believe the photos you see on the website cause it’s not true. No breakfast, No Airport transfer, no spa. Pool was discussing.

Only good thing about this place is its location.

This is the filthiest “hotel” I’ve ever been in. The apperance is actually filthy, there are water damages all around the building, even the first floor roof came down from water damages while I stayed there. It took them 1,5 weeks to fix my rooms leaking toilet and receptions ladies are plain out rude to you.
