Staff were polite .. location is near to eateries..

For the 1st time in my life they asked for money deposit as insurance... hhhh it is a bad joke but it real Walls of the rooms and probably the ceiling were made of wood

Room was spacious and comfortable

Toilet was abit smelly, very noisy outside even I was on the 2nd floor but felt like I’m next to the street even the window is closed. I booked for a wrong date and staff didn’t provide me enough help to change it I had to email through booking and wait for few hours. Then I had to cancel it and make another booking.

Good value for a basic clean room to sleep. The room was clean and well-serviced. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Bigger window. Provision of 2 rather than 1 towel for a twin room. Sewerage smell in the bathroom.

Location was good and next to some shops.

I have stayed in some dumps before, but this tops them all. When I first arrived at the hotel, the staff member who checked me in did not greet me and continued to ignore me when I tried to converse with him. He was very slow and seemingly uninterested. Anytime I entered or exited the hotel, the staff never greeted me or even made eye contact with me. On one occasion several of them were sat together laughing and joking and on their phones. A deposit of 100K IDR was also taken, which was not made clear on the booking. When I got to my room, I was shocked at how rundown and unclean it was. The bathroom was full of cockroaches, the towels and bedsheets were both stained. There was also a very strong, unpleasant smell that lingered. I checked out 4 nights early because I felt so uncomfortable staying in my room and could not got a good nights sleep.

They gave me the wrong room in the beginning. Then I had to go back down to tell them that that wasn't the room I had booked. So they have me another one. But that was also not the room I booked when I compared it to the photos on the booking. And there are no towels. The bathroom was rundown and dirty as it came. I didn't stay the night I left Strait away. Even I knew that they wouldn't refund me. Wasted money there.

the wooden floors in the rooms were very dirty and unhygenic. has not been properly cleaned for years i feel. bathroom tiles and walls were unhygenically maintained. needs a through cleanup
