Cozy View Downtown Atlanta Condo

I like the area because it's in walking distance of everything.

I heat in the room didn't get hot enough to have a comfortable night's rest because it was a cold night.

Spacious rooms, safe building, nice balcony, next to several restaurants, a great breakfast place, and convenience stores. Short walk to Coco-Cola & Human / Civil Rights museums and the aquarium. Property managers very communicative and helpful.

Older bathroom, only one outlet. Shower was tricky: old fixtures, so water pressure was just ok, and water temp was difficult to manage (either really really hot, or just cold water only). Contacted the property and they acknowledged the problem: building was having problems; improved only slightly during our three night stay.

The bed was so comfortable as soon as I got in bed I went straight to sleep, I couldn’t hardly wake up the next morning. Had snacks waiting. Had everything you can imagine, just like a home should be. Heater and AC already come in, but it could be a little difficult to work so a heater and a fan was placed there. Plenty of towels, rags, extra cover. Oh and it smelled sooo good. Beautiful decorated.

Everything was just as I wanted it to be. This host/property will be my first pick Everytime.

there was no ac on in the apartment, and it was really hot and stuffy. there was one ac unit in the bedroom that barely worked. the shower also was boiling hot unable to get cold. i tried to call the host but no answer

Great balcony with swinging couch and view. Solid WiFi and plenty of space
