A tulaj kedvessége, hozzáállása. A felvetett igényeket azonnal igyekezett orvosolni. A látnivalók közelsége, a konyha felszereltsége, a tetőterasz is többnyire. Könnyű bejutni, bár a főbejárat nyitókódja a szobát nem kellene, hogy nyissa...A szobakód mellett. A fürdőszoba jó minőségű, jól használható.

Az ágynemű és a törölközők tisztasága problémás volt. Enyhén dohos szagú és foltos volt. A szoba szintén. A falak elbírnának minden szezon elején egy tisztasági festést. Foltok mindenhol, falra kenődött bogár és szúnyog tetemek.

Struttura pulita e molto bella in un palazzo storico, tramite le indicazioni dell’host la si individua facilmente, self check in facile Vicina ai mezzi pubblici, quindi tutto perfetto!!! Host molto gentile e presente
