Xiana's Condotel

Aside from the host/owner being accommodating and responsive to queries, the condo is fully-functional. From a TV with Netflix, shower with heater, and everything in the kitchen. In addition, I liked that it has lots of wall sockets! It has been helpful that they have complimentary wifi too since we brought our laptops for work. Although it's subject for approval, I was thankful that my special request for additional pillows and surprise decoration for my husband and I's anniversary was granted. Their sofa bed was a plus btw! Last but not least, we loved Baguio's cold weather!! At the entirety of our stay, windows were open and not a single mosquito bit us! Thank you! We had an enjoyable vacation!

The place is very clean.

The bed was very small and needed another blanket - didn't cover both of us. Could have used a dishtowel to dry dishes, dishsoap was empty, Not horrible, just too tiny for two regular sized people.

Seems like this apartment is a lucky charm. My nephew stayed here for the board exam and he made it! He is now a PRC certified Architect! They provide all the things you need. Very clean and organized apartment.
